Butler County: Voluntary Conservation Order Placed

This is an important notification from Pennsylvania American Water. A voluntary conservation notice has been issued as of 9/19/2025 at 10:00 P. M. Pennsylvania American Water is asking customers throughout its Butler County service territory to voluntarily reduce their water consumption in response to below-normal rainfall levels over the last three months based on data provided by the National Weather Service.
We ask that you voluntarily limit all non-essential water use until further notice. If current conditions continue, a mandatory conservation notice may follow. When conditions improve, customers will be notified when the conservation notice is lifted.

If you are a landlord and water service is in your name, please inform your tenants so they are aware of this impact to their water service.
