Huntington: Boil advisory Lifted

West Virginia American Water has lifted the precautionary boil water advisory for approximately 2 customers near 837 Adams Avenue. The advisory followed a water main break, which crews have since repaired.

Results of water quality testing have confirmed that water quality meets drinking water standards. Therefore, there is no further need to boil water prior to consumption. Customers will be notified of the lifting of the advisory via door hangers.
