Water service lines connect our water main to your home or property and can be made of copper, plastic, galvanized steel or lead. If you have already responded to our service line material survey, thank you for your response. If you have not responded, please do so today at https://tinyurl.com/pawcsurvey. If you do not respond, we may contact you or come to your door. All Pennsylvania American Water representatives will carry official company photo I.D. badges and wear logoed, high visibility vests.
