Marmora: Water Quality

New Jersey American Water is aware of Mercury contamination in private residential wells located in Marmora (Upper Township).  These private, residential wells are not connected to the company's system. New Jersey American Water routinely tests the water supplied to our customers and has not had any detection of Mercury. The water we provide to our customers continues to meet or surpass all state and federal drinking water standards.
