Customers in West Orange may notice an earthy musty taste and or odor to their drinking water. An algae bloom at one source reservoir has been attributed as the cause. The water is being treated at the source to help remove the two non toxic compounds that cause the taste and odor. Customers should notice an improvement over the next week.
