Ashford: Lifted Boil Advisory
West Virginia American Water has lifted the precautionary boil water advisory issued for 165 customers on Lower White Oak Road and Emmons Road in the Ashford area. The advisory was issued following a main break, which crews have repaired.
Results of water quality testing have confirmed that water quality meets drinking water standards. Therefore, there is no further need to boil water prior to consumption. Customers will be notified of the lifting of the advisory by the American Water emergency notification system.
