This is an important notification from New Jersey American Water. Our qualified contractor, Alpha Utility Contractors, will begin replacing 1,200 feet of aging water main along Andover Court. Weather permitting, the project will start on or about Tuesday, January 16 and will be completed by approximately Friday, March 22. Normal working hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with crews prepping at 7:00 am for an 8:00 am operations start time. NO PARKING notices will be posted as needed and we kindly ask that you do not park in your space, or the adjacent areas, from 12 am Midnight to 6 pm on the dates indicated on the notices. Per the Shadow Lake Village association, parking will be available along Loch Arbor Way and in the clubhouse lot. If your vehicle is not moved, it will be towed to avoid delays in the project. If you are a landlord and water service is in your name, please inform your tenants so they are aware of this upcoming improvement project. For your safety and the safety of our employees, please do not approach them while they work.
