Pennsylvania: General Notification: All Districts
Hello! This is an important notification from Pennsylvania American Water. We will be in your area beginning next week to assess the type of material our customers’ water service lines are made of. Water service lines connect our water main to your home or property and can be made of copper, plastic, galvanized steel, or lead. If you have already responded to our service line material survey, thank you for your response. If you have not responded, we may contact you or come to your door. If we do, please help us by answering a few questions about your water service line. All Pennsylvania American Water representatives will carry official company photo I.D. badges and wear logoed, high visibility vests. Your assistance is very important in helping us meet the goal of identifying and replacing lead service lines.
