A mandatory conservation notice has been issued as of 7:30 PM EST, 02/21/2026 for customers in Mechanicsburg area including parts of Silver Spring Township, Hampden Township, Lower Allen Township, Lemoyne Borough, Wormleysburg Borough, East Pennsboro Township, New Cumberland Borough, Fairview Township, Shiremanstown Borough, Camp Hill Borough, and Newberry Township to reduce water usage due to an unexpected incident affecting the company’s West Shore Water Treatment Plant water source You reside in the affected area. Customers must limit all non-essential water use until further notice.
